At Goal Gear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Since our products are print-on-demand, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
